INDEPENDENT BIOLOGICS DISTRIBUTOR
Took some time off with Covid and some personal manners throughout and I am not enjoying being an independent rep.
Would like to work on a team or with other people besides myself. I’ve picked up 5 product lines independently and I
currently carry 3. Most of the doctors I met with wanted to use my products just have run into issues with the hospital. I
have a great relationship with the ortho, trauma, burn, wound, plastic and reconstructive surgeons in the area and with the
hospital supply chains and OR staff but haven’t had luck replacing what was set up by myself previously or contract
issues. Looking to work for a big company again.
- TeleBio Ovitex and Ovitex PRS- Hernia and Breast hybrid biologic matrix dropped the product late 2020 due to
COVID and non-essential cases
- Restrata- synthetic wound covering that I dropped since it wasn’t on contract and competed with the amnion product I
carry instead
- Stability Biologics -amnion for burn care and wound trauma burn doctors want to use it. Great competitor product to
Mimedx. In contract but hospitals wouldn’t switch.
- Xcellistem- wound powder used in OR docs want to use but no additional products were being added
- RTI Surgical- cortiva and fortiva hernia and breast reconstructive biologic. I am not as well versed in this region but
had success selling to my plastic reconstructive surgeons just not a lot of usage for ab wall

- Worked under a distributor out of Augusta GA to get burn specific products sampled to physicians, approved through
supply chain and stocked up for trauma patients
- Managed $500-600k worth of purchased inventory at all times
- $1.8 to $2m in sales to one facility
- Set up Brandon’s burn center
- Tampa Generals burn program.

- MIMEDX- Epiburn for OR use and Epifix in Clinic- managed all the reimbursement stuff in the clinic
- COMMUNITY TISSUE BANK- OR application Cryo Skin
- PURACYN- wound wash/comparable to dakins 100% kill rate
- SUPRATHEL- low cost synthetic skin substitute that was applied in the OR and clinic
REGIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER FOR SALES + DONATION EDUCATION
SURGICAL SALES AND CONTACT MANAGEMENT/ HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT REP
- Distribute a full line of orthopedic, trauma and sports medicine bone and tissue allografts to hospitals and surgery
centers.
- Continual education on competitors’ products and new procedures within Ortho/Trauma industry
- Conduct training with the OR staff on product info, usage, handling, reconstitution and storage
- Consistently exceeding monthly/quarterly sales goal for territory 15% increase from average per month
- Attend surgery cases and in-service staff on how to apply, reconstitute, storage, dressings etc and tissue tracking
- Education and awareness of tissue donation; conduct annual CEU credit courses for nurses

open territory in the region
- Educating clients on sterilization process, product line, new product launches and product use
- Coordinating with surgery schedulers and OR buyers to match patient specific or doctor specs on a per case or
stocking order basis
- -Coordinate product/order shipments, returns and consignment
- -Responsible and successfully exceeded on a consistent basis $100K per month in open territory and assisted with
nearly $200k per month in dual territories
