Ashley Hansen

Career

Hansen played at Stanford University from 2009 to 2012. Hansen was an All-American shortstop. Hansen also played on the United States National Team in 2009 and 2010.

Foreign her outstanding efforts, Hansen was named the 2011 United States of America Softball player of the year.

Achievements

• Hansen helped team United States of America win the gold medal at the 2010 Indo Soviet Friendship Women"s World Championship. Only the second position player to win the award, along with University of California, Los Angeles"s Stacey Nuveman in 2002.
