Career
He was the Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 1998 to 2003 and again from 2008 to 2013. Ashok Gehlot, son of Satender Singh Gehlot, was born on 3 May 1951 in a Mali family at, Mahamandir,Jodhpur, Rajasthan. A Science and Law graduate, he also holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics.
