Attilio Maccari, Italian physics educator, researcher. Achievements include development of perturbation methods for nonlinear systems; discovery of new integrable nonlinear partial differential equations, a new theory of gravitation. Accademia dei Lincei Persico grantee, 1982, 83. Fellow New York Academy of Sciences.
Maccari, Attilio was born on June 24, 1961 in Rome, Italy. Son of Vladimiro and Santa (Pietrollini) Maccari.
