Bachelor of Arts, Tufts College, 1876 (Doctor of Laws, 1899). Bachelor of Laws, Boston University, 1879, A.M., 1880.

Career

Professor oratory, Boston and Brown universities, 1878-1881. In practice as bank and corporation lawyer. Director Irving National and Bowery Savings banks of New York City, also various banks, corporations, rys., etc.

Trustee several large estates. President trustees Tufts College. Trustee Boston University and Dean Academy.
