1897 — 1900 worker, Transcaucasian Railroad Main Workshops, then assistant locomotive driver in Baku, where he founded workers’ circles and helped found Baku Social-Democratic Organisation Company-founder and until 1906 associate, “Nina” underground printing press 1906-1914 Party work in Transcaucasia, Rostov, Moscow and Saint St. Petersburg.
October 1914 exiled to Yeniseysk Province. Late 1916 drafted into Russian Army. During 1917 February Revol played an active part in troops’ revol actions in Petrograd.
At 1st Congress of Soviets elected Bolshevik member, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. From June 1917 member, Petrograd Soviet and Executive Committee. Took part in 1917 October Revol and attented 2nd All-Russian Congress of Soviets.
November 1917 — fall 1918 head, Military Department, All-Russian Central Executive Committee. Fall 1918—1923 Presidium member and secretary, AllRussian Central Executive Committee. 1923 - March 1935 Presidium member and secretary, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Central Executive Committee.
1936 director, Khar'kov Oblast Automobile and Horse Transport Trust. Delegation at 6th, 8th, 9th and 11th—17th All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Congresses. 1924-1934 member, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Centr Control Commission.
1934 at 17th Party Congress elected member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1935 expelled from Party for political abuses and private immorality. 1937 arrested and sentenced to death.
Religion is bad because it doesn't give equal treatment to women and thus offends basic human rights.
Communist party could initiate policies in the name of the society because it knows what the best is for its progress and development.
