Education
He graduated from the Kiev Theological Academy in 1796. Then he took monastic vows in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and led an ascetic life. He was in charge of printing the laurels since1808-1814.
Career
He was in charge of printing the laurels since 1808-1814, then he was the viceroy of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra since 1815 and prepared materials for the canonization of Saint Mitrofan in 1832. He received Emperor Nicholas I, who came to worship the relics in 1832.
Achievements

At the initiative of Antony in Voronezh, the Mitrophanovsky Annunciation Monastery (1836) was established, in which a church was built in the name of Saint Mitrofan (1839). He took care of the development of spiritual schools and enlightenment of the clergy. Then the Voronezh Prison Committee was opened.
