In 1956 Avraham Barashi graduated from the Institute of Public Administration and in 1966 from the School of Administration. In 1980 he graduated from Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Administration & Education).
Career
Avraham Barashi worked as a Director & Chairman of the Board of "Mifal" - Educational Children's Homes since 1987. Also, he was a Chairman of Boards: Association of Advancement of the Arts in Israel, Association of Me'vo'ot Yam Maritime Academy, Association of Druze Children's Village. Furthermore, Avraham Barashi was a chairman of staff of computerized administration of pedagogical teaching & supervisory network in Israel. He was a former Deputy Director of the Israeli Ministry of Education and had served on the SAE board since 1999.
