Career
He helped formulate Israel military justice. He was succeeded by Aharon Hoter-Yishai. Gorali was born in Kovel, Poland, studied law in Vilna and moved to Israel in 1934.
He worked as research assistant at Hebrew University where his received his doctorate.
Gorali founded "Law Library Publication House" and from 1936, handled the cases of Haganah prisoners in British prison and their release. He was killed in 1955 in a road accident.
