This book was originally published prior to 1923, and represents a reproduction of an important historical work, maintaining the same format as the original work. Office clerk, Moscow, 1880-1884. Manager of Muir and Mirrielees’ wholesale Carpet Department, Moscow, 1885-1889. Business Manager and subsequently a Director of Russian Carpet Company, Moscow, 1890-1897.
Returned to England, 1897. Helped to arrange Doukhobor migration to Canada, 1898.
Member of Fabian Executive since 1907. Author and Directer of National Steam Car Company.
