Club
Bahar Kol obtained her license on May 29, 2009 for her hometown club Konak Belediyespor, and began playing in the 2010-2011 season of the Women"s First League. She scored three goals in seven matches of that season. After making a three-year break, she transferred to Karşıyaka BESEM Spor in Izmir, where she capped in 15 matches.
Foreign the 2015-2016 season, she returned to her initial club Konak Belediyespor.
Kol debuted at the Union of European Football Associations Women"s Champions League appearing in the 2015-2016 qualifying round - Group 1 match against the Belarusian Football Club Minsk on August 11, 2015. International
