Lovejoy, Barbara Campbell was born on October 31, 1919 in Detroit, Michigan, United States. Daughter of Robert Bruce and Mona (Goodwin) Campbell.


Bachelor of Design, Tulane University, 1941. Studied sculpture with Lothar Kestenbaum. Also studied with Yuri Hollosy, New Orleans.
