Began work at age 15 as laborer in Baku oil fields. Arrested many times for revol activities. 1912-1915 participated in workers’ strikes in Baku.
1917 elected member, Baku Soviet. Comissar of food, Romanino Rayon. Secretary, Romanino Rayon Russian Social-Democratic Workers ’Party (Bolsheviks) Committee.
March 1918 helped to suppress uprising in Baku. After fall of Baku Commune continued revol activities in underground. Branch organizer, ’’Gummet” SocDemocratic group and Union of Oil Workers, Surakhany.
Deputy chairman, Surakhany Rayon Executive Committee. After establishment of Soviet regime in Azer, Party and government work. Elected member, Central Committee, Communist Party Azerbaydzhan
Member, Azer Central Executive Committee. From 1950 pensioner.
Religion doesn't give equal treatment to women and therefore contradicts basic human rights.
