Bela was born on August 18, 1933 in Anthracite, Ukraine.
In 1956 she graduated with honors from the Odessa Conservatoire. A. V. Nezhdanova, class of singing Olga Blagovidova.
In 1955 she made her debut at the Odessa Opera and ballet theatre. Since 1956 she has been a soloist with the Kiev Opera and ballet theatre. T. Shevchenko. In 1960, after a brilliant performance on the Decade of Ukrainian art in Moscow, the singer at the age of 27 was awarded the title of people's artist.
In 1972 she made her debut at the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow as Ludmila in the Opera Ruslan and Lyudmila by M. I. Glinka. The Director of play B. Pokrovitelya invited Bella from Kiev for the execution of the party. In 1973-1988 she was a soloist with the Bolshoi theatre.

In 1992 she headed the Bolshoi theatre development fund.
Bela Andreevna graduated singing activity in 1995. Farewell performance of the singer at the Bolshoi theatre was Opera by P. Tchaikovsky "Iolanta".
In 1995-1999-artistic Director of the Bolshoi theatre Opera company.
