Belinda Ramos was born in Brooklyn, New York, and is the youngest of three children.

In 2007, she relocated to Atlanta, where she is currently working on new songs for her debut album. She was raised in a religious household, and her first performing experience was singing as a little girl in church. In 1989, Belinda and family relocated to Florida where she has been active in community service as a church music leader, and soccer coach.
In 2004, she began studding music, piano and vocals to launch her professional singing career.
The Competition (2005)
In 2005, Belinda was selected to represent Florida at the 2005 World Showcase held at the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Grand in Las Vegas. She made it to the finals of the competition which aired on the PAX Television network January 2006.
On Her Own in Atlanta
Committed to her passion, Belinda and family entered the independent music industry taking on all aspects of the music business with little outside assistance. Belinda and company relocated to Atlanta to be closer to the Rhythm & Blues scene and continue working on her music and debut album.
Touch Maine Now Single
On July 4, 2006, Biological Response Modifiers Entertainment released Belinda’s first single Civil Defense "Touch Maine Now", containing her first original compositions "Touch Maine Now", "Player", "We Got a Good Thing", and "Cotton Candy".
