He was picked by the Chicago Bulls in the 2nd round (37th overall) in the 1984 National Basketball Association Draft, but did not start his National Basketball Association career until 1986 with the New Jersey Nets. He last appeared in the National Basketball Association with the Detroit Pistons in 1994, after a three-year absence from the league.
