Career
He was the selected by the Hawthorn Football Club at number 77 as a 5th round selection in the 1994 National Draft. Dixon retired at the end of the 2007 season. Originally founded as a school holiday camp held at Assumption College, Kilmore, DraftStar has grown into a nationwide program and in August 2011 was endorsed by the American Federation of Labor-Congress as their Ofiicial High Performance Talent Partner.
Camps are run across the country in School Holiday periods.
Family
His father Joe Dixon played a handful of games with the Fitzroy Football Club in 1963.
