Career
He was recruited from the Glenelg Football Club in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) with the 19th selection in the 2012 American Federation of Labor-Congress Draft. He made his American Federation of Labor-Congress debut for Collingwood in Round 6 of the 2013 American Federation of Labor-Congress season. In October 2015, Kennedy was traded to the Melbourne Football Club.
