Career
Townsend was born in Reading, Berkshire, and attended Chiltern Edge School. He has played for Wycombe Wanderers, Woking, Farnborough Town, Maidenhead United and Basingstoke Town. Townsend is a versatile, confident player, who can play anywhere in the back four.
