Career
Primarily a fast-medium bowler, Trott began his career with Somerset County Cricket Club, but only made four appearances in two seasons before moving to Kent. Following five seasons, Trott retired from first-class cricket to become the manager of the club"s study support centre. In 2006, he left this post in order to set up his own sports coaching business.
