Chief engineer Winona (Michigan) Copper Company, 1909-1913. Engineer British American Nickel Corporation, Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, 1913-1914. Superintendent in charge concentrating plant, Moose Mountain Limited company, Sellwood, Ontario, 1914.

With United States Metals Refining Company, Carteret, New Jersey, as engineer, boiler room superintendent, assistant to plant superintendent and plant assistant superintendent, 1914-1923. Plant engineer Western Electric Company, Kearney Works, 1923-1924. Chief engineer American Chain Company and subsidiary companies (13 plants), Bridgeport, Connecticut, 1924-1930.

Assistant to general superintendent Procter & Gamble corporation since 1930.
