Education
Benjamin Levin received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut in 1953 and Juris Doctor from Rutgers University in 1963. He was admitted to the bar in 1964.
Career
From 1963 to 1964 Benjamin Levin was a law clerk at New Mexico Superior Court. In 1965 he was appointed as a special assistant at New Jersey Commissioner Conservation and Economics Development. From 1967 to 1970 Benjamin served as a deputy attorney general at the State of New Jersey. In 1978 he held the position of adjunct professor of law at Ramapo College, Mahwah, New Jersey, and worked there till 1980.
