Background
Benjamin Abosi Owiredu (Benny Morgan) was born on 25th July 1997 in a town called Akim Oda in the Eastern region of Ghana. His mom is called Grace Duah and an Akyem, a sub of the Akan ethnic group in Ghana. His Dad was also an Akuapem, which is also a sub of the Akan ethnic group of Ghana. He is fully an Akan.
He started his basic school in Akim Oda. After which he offered General Science in his high school education at Koforidua Senior High School. He was known as Benny Morgan among his colleagues because of his interest in music. He performed to his mates back in High of his newly written songs.
With his higher education, he studied Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology gaining him a Bachelors's degree. In his first year in the university, he showed his hall members how versatile he was by disc jocking with a mobile phone. He partook in the competition in the hall of which he had a second place with his djing skills.
Most people call him Benny Morgan(a name he chose as he was 15 years old), because he preferably likes that compared to his name given to him by birth.
