Career

Practiced, Baltimore, from 1878. Engaged in corporation practice, 1898-1930. Retired. Active worker in reform movements, notably the “new judge” movement in Maryland.

Advocate at successive meetings of legislature, 1888—of “Haman Bill”. Promoter of plan for nat. park surrounding District of Columbia, proposed by Honorary James J. Bryce.
