STASI, Bernard Paul was born on July 4, 1930 in Reims, Marne, France. Parents: Mario Stasi and Mercédès Stasi (née Camps).


Saint-Joseph School, Reims. Law degree, university of Paris. Qualification from Paris institute of political studies.


Attached to the Cabinet of the President, of the National Assembly 1955. Served in army 57; Civil Administration, Ministry of Interior 1959. Chef de Cabinet to the Prefect of Algiers 1959-1960.
