He received a Master of Science degree in Engineering.
Career
He received his Mining Counsellor"s license in 1918. In 1926 he founded Vuoksenniska Ab Limited. He received an honorary doctorate from Åbo Akademi University in 1948.
He was one of the leading industrialists of his time.
In 1901 Edgar founded the hardware business Grönblom Oy Ab and was its Chief Executive Officer from 1919 to 1953. He was also connected to the Swedish School of Economics.
