Career
He has a law degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Since 2002 he has been the president and Chief Executive Officer of the company, until 2011. On January 30, 2009 Flick purchased a 47.2% stake in airBaltic from Scandinavian Airlines.
He became the president of the Frankfurt-am-Main based charter airline Extra Large Airways in 2012.
