Lerch, Beth Ann was born on August 20, 1965 in Reading, Pennsylvania. She attended Temple University's School of Communications & Theater, and various post-graduate classes at NYU and UCLA. She began her career in journalism - with various positions covering sports, fashion and entertainment - and moved into fashion publicity before moving from NY to Los Angeles where she worked in TV/Film development with Willie Kutner and Suzanne Bauman, also assisting screenwriter Patricia Resnick. She began a career in the Music Industry after accepting a position at Rhino Entertainment, later transitioning to Warner Music Group; in 2001, she launched The B Company to provide PR & Marketing services to music artists, a company that is now globally known as a leader in various genres.
