Education

In 1924, Bhupendra Nath Ghosh graduated from Calcutta University with a Master of Science Degree. In 1929, became Doctor of Science at London University.

Career

Bhupendra Nath Ghosh did research in colloid chemistry and was a specialist in physical chemistry. He was a Palit Professor of Chemistry at University College of Science and Technology in Calcutta. He published about 125 research papers.

Membership

Bhupendra Nath Ghosh belonged to the Indian Chemical Society, National Institute of Sciences of India, was a member of Annals of Biochemistry and Experimental Medicine, Chemical Research Committee (C.S.I.R.), Senate and Academic Councill at Calcutta University, and Science Club in Calcutta.
