Career
He was the performance coach at Nottingham Forest until September 2011 and also at Football Club Twente. He currently works for Derby County. His work has included periods at Premiership clubs Derby County, Manchester United and Middlesbrough.
Additionally, he has previously worked with the England U18 and U21 teams.
In the opening chapter of his book, Beswick states: "Behaviour = Personality x Environment".
