Dodd is running for California"s 3rd State Senate district. Prior to being elected to the State Assembly, Dodd was a Napa County supervisor from 2001 to 2014. He is a former Republican.
Prior to his time in elected office, Dodd operated multiple Culligan Water franchises and served as president of the water quality industry’s state and national trade associations.
