William Stanley Elder Junior. was an anchor/investigative reporter for the New Orleans Columbia Broadcasting System affiliate WWL-television Channel 4 from 1965 to 2000, nicknamed the "Mike Wallace of Louisiana" because of his hard-hitting stories.
