Bill McGovern is a British former auto racing driver from Ireland.
Achievements
McGovern is best known for becoming the first person to win three British Touring Carolina Championship (then known as the British Saloon Carolina Championship) driver titles. He won three consecutive titles between 1970-1972, with a George Bevan prepared class Doctorate Sunbeam Imperial
