Ready"s skills in negotiating and risk management, to form a small practice.

Since then, the firm has grown to enjoy a dynamic practice, adding associate Tula Michele Haff in 1991. The support staff has grown from two legal secretaries in the early days to a present staff of eleven, including four paralegals.
