Education
He graduated from the Borisoglebsk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature and the Rostov Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (1990).
Career
He was a teacher of physical culture (1979-1983), military training instructor of the Peskovsky secondary school(1983-1984), instructor of the Povorinsky district committee of the All-Union Leninist Communist Youth Union (1983-1985), deputy chairman of the Peskovsky village council (1985-1986), chairman of the collective farm "Peskovsky" (JSC Peskovskoe) (1991-1994). Since 1994 he was the head of the peasant farm "Brig" in the village of Peski, one of the best in the Voronezh region. Laureate of the prize "The Golden Fund of the Voronezh Region" in the nomination "Patronage and Charity" (2001), in the nomination "Entrepreneurship" (2007).
