Supervised drafting of training plans and programs in automation and telemechanics for Soviet higher technican school. Supervised development of plan for network of Ukrainia rayon power plants. Designed electrical power plants and substations for “Azovstal” Metallurgical Combine, Zhdanov.
Helped design and construct UralKuznets electrical power base.
