Helped design Moscow Canal and Rybinsky and Uglich hydropower networks. Did research on harnessing of major lowland rivers of European USSR. Studied means of transferring flow of northern Pechora and Onega Rivers into Volga and Kama.
Developed new types of buildings for hydroelectric plants and shipping locks. Designed Kama Hydroelectr. Plant and Kama multichamber shipping locks.
1918-1939 instructor at secondary and higher school. 1939-1946 Chief Engineering and Chief, “Greater Volga” Board, “Gidroenergoproekt”. 1946-1948 instructor, Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
