MEZENTSEV, Boris was born in 1911.
Helped design numerous buildings and monuments, including railroad stations in Vyazma, Smolensk, Minsk, Nizhniy Tagil and Kharkov, and other major projects. Со-designed the famous block of offices and flats by the Red Gate, Moscow. 1951 lecturer, Moscow Institute of Architecture.
