At 9th, 10th and 11th Congresses of Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine elected member, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine. From December 1925 candidate Political Bureau member, November 1927—March 1931 Political Bureau member, Central Committee, Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Ukraine. Delegation at 9th, 11th, 12th, 14th—17th Party Congresses.
At 14th— 17th Party Congresses elected candidate member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested by State Security organs.
