1910-1911 engineering, Technical Department, Board of Vladikavkaz Railroad. 1911-1912 taught eleetr engineering and hydraulics at Moscow Secondary Mechanical-Technical College. 1912-1914 engineering with special prospecting party along the coast of the Sea of Japan.
