BARRINGTON-KENNETT, - Brackley Herbert Barrington was born in 1846. 2nd son of late Captain Vincent F. Kennett, Manor House, Dorchester-on-Thame, and Arabella Henrietta, last surviving daughter of Sir J. Barrington, K. C., Judge of Admiralty, and widow of Edward, Baron Calabella.

Rugby; Trinity College, Cambridge (Bachelor of Arts).
Career
Served with British National Aid to wounded in Franco-German War (2 French orders), 1871, also Carlist War in Spain. With 51st Light Infantry in JowakiAffridi Campaign, 1877 (medal). Afghan War, 1878 (despatches, medal, wounded).
