Williams, Bradford was born on March 30, 1897 in Newton, Massachusetts, United States. Son of Sinclair and Alice Gertrude (Hall) Williams.


Bachelor of Arts, Harvard, 1921, Master Landscape Architecture, 1924.


Assistant to chairman School Landscape Architecture Harvard, 1923-1924. With Warren H. Manning, Boston, 1913, Olmsted Brothers, Brookline, Massachusetts, 1924, Fletcher Steele, Boston, 1925. Practice throughout East since 1925.

Correspondent secretary American Society Landscape Architects since 1926. Charter associate, corporation member National Council Historic Sites and buildings (member committee Standards and Qualifications). Member subcommittee Fine Arts and Architecture, Committee International Exchange Persons’ Conference Board Associate Research Councils for Fulbright awards.

Director life member Trustees Public Reservations (Massachusetts), 1925-1956. Chairman Crane Memorial Reservation, 1950-1956. Director, vice president Hubbard Ednl.
