Career
He previously published a poker novel, "Broke: A Novel" in 2008. He co-authored a book on behavioral finance, "The Story of Behavioral Finance", with Brian Finn. He played on season 4 of High Stakes, on seasons 5-7 of After Dark and participated in the World Series of circuit tournaments.
His best finish in a tournament at the WSOP came in 2010 when he finished as runner up to Men Nguyen in the $10,000 Seven Card Study event for $243,958.
In total, Adams has cashed nine WSOP events and has made three WSOP final tables as of the end of the 2010 series. Adams has appeared on over sixty poker television shows on National Broadcasting Company, Entertainment and Sports Programming Network, and ESPN2, and the Game Show Network.
His 9 WSOP cashes account for $608,881 of that total. In 2011, Adams founded Expert Insight at a cost of $450,000.
