lieutenant was her second attempt at the title, and she was crowned by outgoing titleholder Nicole Georghalli. Brabbam made the first cut by advancing to the top 15 in the evening gowncompetition, and then advancing to the top ten in the swimsuit round before being cut. Foreign the evening gown competition, Brabham wore a gown, designed in gold, with a bra-style top and flowing bottom connected only by crossed gold strings designed by Sherri Hill.
Brabham is a 1999 graduate of Dobbins High School.
