Career
He was appointed to the Indiana Supreme Court on January 6, 1986, and was Chief Justice of the Court from 2012 to 2014. He is a graduate of Purdue University (Bachelor of Science 1964), and the Robert H. McKinney School of Law (Juris Doctor 1968).
