He took the post of an associate dean at Capital U. Law School in Columbus, 1984-1985, and in 1990.He was an interim dean, Capital U. Law School, Columbus, 1987-1989, 93-94. He worked as a Consultant for the Ohio Department of Education, 1973-1974 and Ohio Municipal League, 1972, 1983.
