Career
He is the past chairman of the Capitol Hill Radio/television Correspondents" Association. He is currently the co-host of the popular morning drive show on WMAL-FM in the Washington, District of Columbia area. Wilson most recently hosted a Washington District of Columbia based weekend program, and was once a substitute anchor for Brit Hume on the weekday program Special Report with Brit Hume.
From 2003 to 2006, he was also the congressional correspondent for the network.
In mid September, 2010, Wilson resigned from the network. Launching Right Tone Communications in 2010, Brian now uses knowledge gained over 35 years as a broadcast journalist and anchor to help corporations and individuals communicate more effectively.
During his career at Fox News, Brian was the first to report on Justice Sandra Day O"Connor’s retirement from the United States. Supreme Court, and has covered the Monica Lewinsky scandal, the Tom DeLay ethics investigations, the Democratic National Convention, and the Republican National Convention. Wilson holds a Master’s degree, with honors, in print journalism from the American University, in addition to having served as an adjunct professor in AU"s School of Communications.
Prior to working at Fox News, Wilson was a reporter and anchor on the Fox O&O WTTG in Washington, District of Columbia Earlier in his career, Wilson was a reporter at KFDA, the Columbia Broadcasting System affiliate station in Amarillo, Texas.
