  • Achievements include research in method to measure and distinguish between direct and indirect bandgaps of semiconductors & insulators. Research in extension of incoherent imaging to inelastic scattered electrons from crystals. Design of and development of highest resolution commercial electronbeam lithography tool.

    Design and development of first digital drop on demand inkjet printhead suitable for commerical print and packaging markets. Order of magnitude is more reliable than any other digital inkjet printhead.
