Bridget Bobel

Career

In 2004 she had the rare honour of placing first runner up to both Mission Indiana and Mission Indiana United States of America. Bobel"s sister Betsy Bobel held the Mission Indiana title in 2000. As a child, Bridget performed in the Peru Amateur Circus for 13 years, where she participated in trapeze and aerial acts. Having graduated from Maconaquah High School in 1998, Bobel went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Ball State University in 2002.

She is currently working as Assistant Manager of Mall Marketing at Castleton Square Mall for the Simon Property Group.

Bridget"s career ambition is to receive a Masters of Business Administration and to have a successful career in marketing. She has been honored with a resolution from the Indiana House of Representatives honoring her work with adult literacy programs.

She has worked as an intern for the Majority Caucus of the Indiana General Assembly. Her interests include traveling, reading, shopping, boating, baking, working out, going to the theater and watching reality television

Achievements

• Bobel won the Mission Indiana United States of America 2006 title in a state pageant held in late 2005. She competed for the title of Mission United States of America 2006 in Baltimore, Maryland, but failed to make the top 15 cut. Bobel has years of experience in pageantry, having competed for four years in the Mission Indiana program (for Mission America) and having placed first-runner up at the previous two Mission Indiana United States of America pageants. Bobel is an accomplished public speaker and has volunteered her time with many community organizations. Bobel is one of twenty six Mission United States of America Delegates who appeared on Deal or Number Deal in 2006.
