SKOTTOWE, Britiffe Constable was born in 1857. Son of Thomas Britiffe Skottowe of Harrow Weald House, 3rd Baron, and Loetitia Mourgue, daughter of John Constable, and descended from Senator Mourgue, who proposed the abdication of Napoleon in the French Senate.
